As part of the course there will be the opportunity to visit courts and to see justice in action through observing real life cases.

What could this subject lead to?

BTEC Applied Law can lead to careers in the uniformed services, for example, the Police, Prison Service or Armed Forces, as well as careers and apprenticeships in legal practice. BTEC Applied Law is a level 3 qualification that will allow you to develop the transferable skills necessary for employment. The course is equivalent to 1 A level and will therefore assist in progression to higher education alongside other qualifications.
