Free School Meals for the 2026/27 Academic Year- Checking Open
Parents of children who are currently/have been in receipt of free school meals (FSM) are strongly advised to use our online checking system between 1st June and 17th July 2026 to provide school with an updated eligibility check.
Without an updated check, pupils who are currently eligible will not be awarded FSM for the next academic year. This is due to the government announcing the end of transitional protection. Parents must provide school with an updated check.
